An extension of an in-house design team
Ongoing graphic design support for Trendyol's in-house team. The brand, the standards and the creative direction are theirs; we are capacity that works inside them.

The problem
Trendyol has a strong in-house design team. That is the starting condition, and it changes what an outside studio is useful for.
A team like that does not have a taste problem or a direction problem. It has a volume problem: commerce runs on a campaign calendar, and demand arrives in peaks that no sensible headcount plan should be sized for. The two usual answers both fail. Hiring for the peak leaves people underused between them. Bringing in an agency that arrives with its own process, its own opinions about the brand and its own file conventions creates review work rather than removing it.
The decision
We work to their standards, not ours. That sentence sounds modest and is in fact the whole engagement.
It means their guidelines are the brief, their file structure is our file structure, their review is the review that counts, and nothing we produce needs a conversation about why we did it our way. We do not pitch the brand back to them. Work that reaches their reviewer should look like it came from the desk next door — because for the purposes of the output, it did.
How it works
Brief in, asset out. Requests come through their channel in their format, and come back at their spec — sizes, naming, layered files, export presets.
Their system, applied. Where they have components, templates and established treatments, we use them. Where a request has no precedent, we propose inside their language rather than beside it, and their team decides.
Version discipline. Every deliverable is traceable to a brief and a revision. In a high-volume campaign environment this is not administration — it is what keeps an old asset from going out in a new week.
Capacity that flexes. The point of the arrangement is that peak weeks do not become quality weeks off.
Outcome
The work is Trendyol's and appears under their brand — we do not publish it as a portfolio piece, and no visual on this page is theirs. What we can say is what the relationship is: continuing support to an in-house team that already knows what it wants.
We include it here because it describes a way of working some clients specifically need, and because being useful to a team that strong is worth more as a reference than another set of screens.
